Open Joint Stock Company "Volkovysk Meat-Processing Plant" is one of the largest producers of meat and meat products in the Republic of Belarus.
Since 2009, the head of JSC "Volkovysk Meat-Processing Plant" – General Director Vladimir Belyaev.
Nowadays Volkovysk Meat-Processing Plant produces meat and meat products, different types of sausages and smoked products, small-sized semi-finished products, meat-by-products, meat, meatballs, ravioli and dumplings. In total the company produces about 300 kinds of meat products. Beef, pork and offal up to 70% of total output.
In view of the trade applications today now produce more than 15 tons of dumplings a day. Assortment list of semi-finished products has more than 100 items.
All products are manufactured according to the NTD, STB and guests. Permanent improvement of the quality of products contribute to operating a Quality Management System which meets the requirements of STB ISO 9001, HACCP system according to the requirements of STB in 1470.
The main activities are:
- production and sale of meat products;
- processing of livestock and meat production;
- production and sale of dry animal feed;
- implementation mokrosolenyh skins.
Supporting activities include:
- organization of firm trade its own products;
- organization of delivery of own products;
- water supply, boiler room.

Since 2003 – a quality management system complying with the requirements of STB ISO 9001-2009 in National system of conformity assessment, as well as meeting the requirements of DIN EN ISO 9001: 2008 in German accreditation system DAkkS. Scope of quality management system & nbsp; - development and the production of sausages, meat products and bacon, semi-finished products, the production of meat, melted animal fat, by-products of food.
Since 2004 – a system based on hazard analysis and safety management of critical control points (HACCP), corresponding to the requirements of STB 1470-2012. The area of application of the system – the production and storage of meat, sausages and smoked jerked, frozen dumplings.
Quality control of incoming raw materials and products in the enterprise carried veterinarians service production and veterinary control, as well as specialists of the accredited industrial laboratory equipped with modern equipment, monitoring compliance with process parameters carried out by experts of department chief technologist.
